オフセット印刷の手順

1. CTP - コンピューターからプレートまで

あ印刷版は最終印刷プロセスで使用される色ごとに作成され、通常は CMYK フルカラーで、片面印刷のニーズに合わせて合計 4 版が作成されます。

当社のコンピュータ システムから CPT マシンまで。

2.プレスするプレート

CMYK 印刷版は印刷機にロードされ、ローラーを使用してインクを版上に転写します。

次に、インクを付けた版が画像をゴムブランケットに転写し、ゴムブランケットが画像を紙またはその他の素材に転写します。
